Should you be using electrical equipment with frayed cords? Should your cords be lying on the floor? Should cords be near water?
You shouldn’t use electrical equipment with frayed cords and cords shouldn’t be lying on the floor because someone could trip over them and cords shouldn’t be near water.
Should you be touching electrical equipment with wet hands?
No
If glassware has a chip or cracks in it, should it be used?

When cutting anything where should you be cutting?
You should be cutting away from yourself
