A

Origin- humeral head=medial epicondyle of humerus, ulnar head=medial olecranon process and proximal posterior ulna
Insertion- pisiform, hook of hamate, base of 5th metacarpal
Action- wrist flexion, ulnar deviation of wrist
Nerve Supply- ulnar nerve
Blood Supply- ulnar artery

A

Insertion- slips onto both sides of bases of middle phalanges of digits 2-5
Action- flexion of digits 2-5 at MCP joints, flexion of digits 2-5 at PIP joints, wrist flexion
Nerve Supply- median nerve
Blood Supply- ulnar artery

Insertion- bases of distal phalanges of digits 2-5
Action- flexion of digits 2-5 at DIP joints, flexion of digits 2-5 at PIP joints, flexion of digits 2-5 at MCP joints, wrist flexion
Nerve Supply- digits 2-3=median nerve, digits 4-5=ulnar nerve
