Toxin= Tetanospasmin (binds to nerves, ACH)

Vaccine= Tetanus Toxoid. Child- Dtap & DT. Adult- Tdap & Td.

Treatment= Antitoxin therapy with human tetanus immunoglobulin and penicillin and supportive care
