A

intra-vascular injection - palpitations, headaches - remember to aspirate!
bells palsy - IDB into parotid, give eye patch
allergy - true allergy rare
broken needle
failure to achieve anaesthesia
trismus - damage to medial pterygoid, can take weeks-months to heal
