Talent Management
Focuses on attracting and retaining talented people in the organisation.
Inclusive view: Everyone has talent and potential. With the right training everyone could be in a high position.
Exclusive vew: There are key individuals or “stars”. We want to train these individuals and give the benefits so that they will take on higher positions.
Career Management
Traditional career: Career success is measured by the traditional hierarchal roles. The organization decides what career success is, the individual wants to advance in the organization.
* Linear path (rapid movement upwards)
* Expert path (lifelong comittment to a profession)
Protean career: Focuses on achieveing subjective career success. The individual decides what career success is. The individual wants freedom and growth.
* Spiral path (working a few years in one profession and then change to another profession for a few years)
* Transitory (most change-oriented, frequent changes in the career)

The aim of development: All this to be able to integrate working and living sustainable.
Must find a good combination on the safe (kassaskåp), it’s all effected by overall HR strategy, corporate strategy, external environment and so on.
It’s all changing, always changing what is well-being will not be that tomorrow, what is talent, career and growing will not be the same and so on.
Wellbeing Management
