Is the mathematical analysis of all drug disposition factors (absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion)
What does Ke mean?
Ke is the elimination rate constant and is the fraction of the amount of drug in the body that is eliminated per unit time
What is the meaning of clearance?
the volume of plasma cleared of drug in unit time
What is the rate of elimination equation?
rate of elimination= constant x Cp
What does CL determine?
CL determines the maintenance dose rate (dose per unit time required to maintain a given plasma concentration)
