A
sociological imagination is “a quality of mind that seems most dramatically to promise an understanding of the intimate realties of ourselves in connection with larger social realities”

define structure and agency
A
- social structure (how we are influenced by the way things are organised in our lives) e.g. institutions and groups
- agency: the ability of people individually and collectively to influence their own lives and the society in which they live

what are the stages of behaviour change
A
- pre-contemplation (unaware of the problem)
- contemplation (aware of the problem and of the desired behaviour change)
- preparation (intends to take action)
- action (practice the desired behaviour)
- maintenance (works to sustain the behaviour change)
