Usability Goals

A

Effectiveness (effective to use):
Can it do what is supposed to do?

Efficiency (efficiency to use):
Once learned, is it productive?

Safety (safe to use):
Allows for errors and the possibilities to recover?

Utility (having good utility):
Are there functions enabling the user to carry out all tasks and maybe even additional ones?

Learnability (easy to learn):
By exploring the product, can the user work out how to use the functions and improve?

Memorability (easy to remember how to use):
Does the interface helps users remember its use?
