A
  • German goverment to pay the reparations of the ToV, printed more money.
  • Caused the materials to lose worth. Wages were paid daily not weekly

  • They were called the Kapp Putsch and they were defeated by Berlin’s general strike.

Conflict in the Ruhr

A
  • French ran out of patience for their reparations as they were not being paid so they invaded the Ruhr and took what Germany owed them in raw goods.
  • German goverment ordered a strike so the french couldnt take anything but it only made worse the problem.
  • 100 workers killed and as there were no goods it led Germany to hyperinflation.
