A

Move in with Group 1 (AA, KK) or…

Bet about one-sixth of your stack size. If re-raised, move in. Post-flop, move in regardless of the flop unless you have kings and an ace flops.

A

With Group 1 (AA, KK), re-raise five times the amount of the raise or one-sixth of your stack size, whichever is greater.

If this computation is too difficult to figure, move in. If a non all-in bet is re-raised, move in. Post-flop, move in regardless of what flops.
