What is Annamaya Kosa?
Ana means food
When identify with this kosa we identify with the physical aspects of our self , eg: skin, flesh, and food.
It is the sustenance for all of the other 4 components of the kosa .
What is pranamaya kosa?
Quality of energy we have by the food we consume , or people we have in our lives.
Flow of energy through the Nadis which we have 72000 as by patanjali.
What is Manomaya kosa ?
Comprises the mind being the our mental thoughts and emotions along with the 5 senses.
Manomaya kosa contains:
- Manas (the mind)
- subconscious
- sense of organs of sight, taste, touch, smell and hearing.
What is Vijnamaya kosa?
It is associate with wisdom, knowledge, intuition and witness consciousness.
It is the last layer of the subtle body.
It is the witness consciousness that is underneath the processing, thinking aspect of the mind.

Bliss body

What is Prana vayu?

Associated with elimination of waste products from your body through lungs, smalls and large intestine , urogenital system.

Elimination, digestions, expulsion of watse , childbirth.
Large intestine, kidney, anus genitals , it is expulsion of the waste.
Downward and outward flow of prana
It is connected to the lower limbs , pelvis and to earth .
