The flood
God told Noah to build an Ark. Noah was 600 years old. Loaded the Ark with family and animals. rained 40 days and 40 nights. The flood lasted 150 days. the flood then receded. Noah sent a raven and then two doves. The second dove didnt return so they knew there was land. Noah built an altar to God.
Tower of Babel
People of Shinar tried to build a tower to God. God became angry and switched up their languages and scattered them across the earth.
Call of Abraham
God called Abraham in Ur and told him someone in his future generation would lead the people to the promised land.
Birth of Isaac
Sarah was 95 years old when he was born. His name means laughter.
Birth of Ishmael
Hagar gave birth to him

Cities destroyed by sulfur rain(they were evil)
Sacrafice of Isaac
God tested Abraham by telling him to sacrafice Isaac. Abraham was going to do it but God them stopped him cause he knew abe was faithful.

Isaacs son. Stole esaus birthright by dressing up like him and decieving his father

physically wrestles with “God” in the form of a man.
Jacob and Laban
Jacob flees to Laban. Works for 7 years(gets Leah but thought he was getting Rachel) He then worked another 7 years for Rachel.
Joseph from pit to palace
His brothers threw him in a pit and sold him into slavery. Interprets dream for a man in prison. Asked to interpret Pharohs dream and does so hired for 2nd in command.
Job and his Suffering
Satan tested Job by taking away everything he had and making him very sick. Job remained faithful to God through all that happend and God gave Job doubles what he lost.
Moses’ birth-Red Sea
Moses was born in the land of goshen. He was raised by Pharohs daughter and grew up as a egyptian prince. Later was not. Led Israelites Pharoh was keeping as slaves out of Egypt.
