palpate joint line whilst externally rotating and extending the knee
positive = pain or clicking/thudding

ACL tear supine bend leg to 90degree flexion sit on foot pull posterior to anterior positive= excessive translation/ no end feel

patellofemoral pain
supine
leg in full extension
apply downward force onto the superior border of the patella
ask patient to contract quads lift patella up
positve= pain or unable to move patella

PCL Supine hip flexion at 45degrees Knee flexion at 90degrees look for translation of the tibia relative to the femur
