Patellar tilt
A
The knee is extended and the patella is grasped between the thumb and forefinger. The medial aspect of the patella is then compressed posteriorly while the lateral aspect is elevated.
Positive: produces pain and apprehension.

McMurray’s test
A
IR of the tibia + Varus stress = lateral meniscus
ER of the tibia + Valgus stress = medial meniscus
Positive: pain, snapping, clicking, locking
