Lateral knee:
75 @ 4
SID: 40”, 10x12 LW Table Bucky
CR: Angle 5-7 degrees cephalad to 1” below medial condyle
Position: lateral side of affected knee is against IR, flexed 20 degrees, unaffected leg is behind
Sunrise Patella Settegast Method:
65 @ 6
SID: 40-48”, 10x12 LW, TT
CR: angle 15-20 degrees cephalic from lower leg to mid femoropatellar joint
Position: prone, knee flexed 90 degrees, IR under knee.
Sunrise Patella Inferosuperior:
65 @ 6
SID: 40-48”, 10x12 CW, TT
CR: angle 100-105 degrees cephalic and align CR perp to femoropatellar joint
Position: supine, affected knee flexed 40-45 degrees, IR resting on thigh matching the CR.
