The Danger zone?
The danger zone is when certain foods can make bacteria grow faster. The temperature is between 40-160, can tell how much bacteria can grow.
Food practices?
Keep raw and cooked meat separate
Avoid touching your face
Use clean supplyโs
Tools of cookery?
Knifes- cut foods
Cutting boards-cutting foods on
Measuring cups-make sure to have the right amount of
Mixing bowls
Pots and pans
Measuring.
Volume- Tbs, Tsp (dry ingredients)
Weight- grams and ounces (usually for baking)
Temperature- Fahrenheit or Celsius (food thermometers)
