A
RBC -anemia LFT -liver metastatic USS CT TAP/MRI BONE SCAN PET/CT for detection of bone metastases

Management
A
Radical nephrectomy
-ligation of the renal artery and vein and the removal of the kidney, Gerota’s fascia
Partial nephrectomy
