(c) the continuation of connection of a kind described in paragraph (a) or paragraph (b)

A

R V Pryce:active concept meaning to
“keep in confinement or custody” is to be contrasted to the passive concept of “harbouring” or mere failure to hand over

A

R- Received a person under the age of 16
D- deliberate and intentionally received the yp
K- knew the yp has been taken unlawfully, enticed, detained from person lawful care or charge of yp and possession of yp
I- intended by reason of the receiving to deprive a parent caregiver or person with lawful care or charge of yp
