Paternalism - ‘act in a fatherly way’
justifies overiding a person’s autonomy if for their own good

distinguishes between willing to do ‘x’ [morally acceptable] and omitting/refraininf from doing ‘x’ [not morally acc. if ‘x’ was to be acting immorally]
