Bible
The holy book of Christianity. It was written by various people over many hundreds of years.
Miricle
An event which cannot be explained by science or rational thinking.
Moral
The difference between right and wrong.
Monotheistic
A religion which believes in one God.
Omnipotent
All powerful.
Trinity.
The Christian belief that there are three parts of God- Father, Son and the Holy Spirit.
Holy Spirit
God sent this to the world to help Christians by comforting them, encouraging them and guiding them.
Old Testament
The first section of the Bible which explains God’s relationship with people over hundreds of years in the form of laws and stories.
New Testament
The second section of the Bible, which tells the story of Jesus.
Scripture
Religious writings.
Gospels
The four sections of the New Testament which are different versions of the Story of Jesus.
Conscience
A feeling inside us which tells us right from wrong. Christians believe it is on the factors which prove Gods existence.
The Cross
An important symbol for Christians because Jesus was killed on the cross.
Divine being/ Density
Another name for God
