what is cname?
You should use a CNAME record to specify an alias value of autodiscovery.outlook.com. This will allow client to use the autodiscover service. The autodiscover service allows client to easily connect to exchange online. The service automatically locates the Exchange server host and configure outlook.
what is PTR?
PTR records are used to map ip addresses back to domain names. This is a process known as DNS reverse lookup and Issued to verify that the IP address is associated with the expected domain.
What is TXT?
TXT records associate a text value with DNS item, but do not support the use of the autodiscover service. You use TXT record to verify your domain, SPF with your domain to prevent span or use Exchange federation
What is MX?
MX records are used to identify mail server. Although you would create a MX record to route incoming mail to your domain to the exchange online service in office 365, this would not support the use of autodiscover.
What is SSL?
Security element between the client computer and the web service. SSL is the standard used to protect data using the http protocol.
What is windows firewall?
Security element between the client pc and the internal network.
What is a host firewall?
between the facility network and external network . The host firewall protects the company’s internal network from the external network.
What is IPsec?
Element between the host firewall and the VPN connection to the virtual machine.
What is site collection?
is a grouping of site. Every site collection has a single root site under which the other sites are built. All sites within the site collection have the same site owners and share the same administrative settings.

is the process of installing windows store applications without using the windows store.
What is deeplinking?
identifies an application in the windows store by providing a link that will take the user directly to the app in the windows store.
What is enpoint protection?
Provides real time protection against malware threats, keeps malware definition up to date and automatically scans computer. Endpoint automatically protects the device.
What is Opex?

What is Capex
are funds used by an organization to acquire or upgrade physical assets, such as servers, networking equipment, and storage. It also includes real estate such as buildings or data center space. Typically, the physical resources are amortized over several years, whereby instead of deducting the full cost of the equipment in the first year, you deduct a smaller portion of it each year.
