Agnosticism
Not being sure whether God exists
Atheism
Believing that God doesn’t exist
Omnibenevolent
The belief that God is good, kind and all loving
Omnipotent
The belief that good is like powerful
Omniscient
The belief hat God is all knowing have knows everything that has happened and everything that is going to happen
Prayer
An attempt o contact God, usually though words
Conversion
When your life is changed by giving yourself to God
Miracle
Something that seems to break the law of science and makes you think only God cold of done it
Numinus
The feeling of the presence of something greater than you. E.g. In a church or staring at the stars
Free will
The idea that humans beings are free to make their own choices
Moral evil
Actions done by humans that cause suffering
Natural evil
Things that cause suffering but have nothing to do with humans. E.g. Earthquakes or volcanic eruptions
Immanent
Present in the world; capable of having a personal relationship with his creation
Transcendent
Above and beyond the world
Monotheistic
Belief in one God
Polytheistic
The beliefs in many Gods
Positive atheism
Where a person does not personally believe in God or Gods but doesn’t go as far to say that there are none
Negative atheism
Where a person asserts that there’s no such thing as a God or Gods - they do not exist
