the succession should be the children from Anne
to deny the validity of the marriage to Anne was treason

Nov 1534- made Henry the supreme head of the church of England. accomplishing the break from rome
Amicable grant
1525- Wolsey ordered it to raise money for war, was a heavy tax levied without parliaments permission, caused a rebellion in Suffolk and north Essex.
