Sedentary lifestyles
Lifestyle were is little irregular or none physical activity
Overweight
Weighting more than the ideal weight for your height and sex
Over fat
Having more than the ideal amount of body fat
Obese
Weighting significantly more than the ideal weight for your height and sex having an excess amount of body fat
Balance diet
means eating the right foods, in the right amounts. This will enable us to work and exercise properly.
Macronutrients
Nutrients that you need to consume in relatively large amounts in order to eat a balanced diet. These are carbohydrates, fats and proteins
Carbohydrate loading
A strategy used by endurance athletes to boost glycogen stores before a competition
Hydration
Being hydrated means your body contains the correct amount of water in its cells, tissues and organs to function. If you do nto have enough water in your body you are dehydrated
