In G scale, where do you add the sharp sign?
Each F note.
What is key signature?
The ability to place accidental signs after a clef to indicate whether that note will be sharpened or flattened each time they appear in that line unless there is a natural sign.
In the D scale, where do you add sharp signs?
Each F and C notes.
How do you figure out the name of a major key from the sharp key signature?
Go up a half step from the last sharp.
In F scale, where do you add flat signs?
Each B note.
In B flat scale, where do you add flat signs?
Each B and E notes.
How do you figure out the name of a major key from the flat key signature?
One flat in a measure means F major. if two, Find the next-to-last flat, since that is the name of the key.
