He means that he might be able to become king without killing King Duncan, if that is his fate, as the Witches say

Here Macbeth tells his wife that, he dares to do anything and everything that is appropriate for a man to do. Someone who does more than that is not a man at all.

Macbeth’s mind is also full of dark, terrible thoughts. Yet it is also shows his inner turmoil, his mind is full of stinging creatures which plague him. Use of exclamation to show just how troubled he is feeling.
