Place boiling tube with 3 cm cubed of amylase solution and 1 cm cubed of buffer solution.
Add 3 cm cubed of starch solution with different syringe.
Take fresh sample every 10 seconds and put a drop in spotting tile until iodine doesn’t change colour.
Repeat with buffer solution of different pH.
