- symmetric eruption on extremities and trunk comprised of violaceous keratotic papules coalescing into plaques, arranged in a linear or reticulate pattern, in association with a seb derm-like eruption of face

Classic clue for Dx of Keratosis lichenoides chronica?
A
- greasy, sebopsoriasis- like centrofacial plaques in addition to linear or reticulate violaceous papules/plaques

Histology of Keratosis Lichenoides chronica?
A
- exactly the same as lichen planus:
- orthohyperkeratosis
- wedge-shaped hypergranulosis
- irregular acanthosis w/ saw-toothed rete ridges
- civatte bodies (apoptotic keratinocytes in the basal layer
- lichenoid lymphocytic infiltrate
