BBC (Britisch broadcasting corpation) They are national and they DO NOT advertise. ITV is run by The Independent Televesion Authority and made up for various commercial companies.

The morning starts with breakfast TV, later on in the day there are programs for school, children and women. They than continue from five until midnight each evening.

A

Pub (public house) is a place where people who live alone find friendship and comfort (difficult to get somewhere else).

In the pub you can get any form of alcohol drinks and also soft drinks, snacks and warm meals. Opening hourse are: 11:30 to 3:00 PM, from 5:30 to 10:30 PM in the weekends to 11:00.

What is the difference between a Dutch "café" and English Pub?
Dutch Café: has plants, wooden ceilling and has more colours, it's not divided. Hanged lamps. English Pub: Mostly open fire, beamed ceilling, is divided into two parts, a public bar and a saloon bar.
