- Notify physician of diagnosis of glaucoma, ulcers, enlarged prostate gland, liver disease, hypertension, seizures, or hyperthyroidism

- Discard tablets if vinegar-like smell
- Do not give to children or teens with flulike symptoms or chickenpox; Reye syndrome may develop
