What is Seppuku?
An ancient Japanese ritual in which someone would commit suicide if they had dishonoured their country. was viewed as brave and courageous
What is a Kamikaze pilot?
A polit who flies planes into enemy targets and commits suicide by doing so, mainly hitting ships. 3,866 kamikaze pilots died, and only a mere 19% managed to hit their targets - heavy loss of life

Means “divine wind”, which connotes to the action being honourable

The Japanese military flag. Connotes to war due to Kamikaze pilots being in the military and dying for their country
