Narcotic and CONTROLLED DRUG purchases must be recorded where and how?
must be recorded in a BOOK OR REGISTER and must be readily available. they must be filed SEPARATELY from other prescriptiosn. Narcotics and CD’s purchases can be filed together as long as they are separte fomr OTHER prescriptions.
How must ALL Prescriptions (in writing or verbal) be FILED?
must be filed IN SEQUENCE according to DATE and RX#.
ALL Rxs must be kept for how long after their most recent activity?
min 3 years
