- Not ineligible for mental disorder or disqualification

- Less tan 1% in civil cases cos they r complex, between 2 individuals, not as serious so dont need jury
- sit in crown court
- Panel of 12
- All 12 should agree to decision. if less than 10 then it is a hung jury (gotta go thru retrial)
