Describe the nomination procedure
Active registrant in good standing nominates ONE active registrant in good standing for EACH of the available positions up for election ALONG with a letter of consent from the nominee 90 days prior to the END of the previous term of office held for that position

1- if the position was not already set to be voted upon for the next election it now is, and the board by special resolution may appoint a registrant to fill the position until such election is held
The board may appoint someone to fill the position until the next election is held (the following year)
