Grape clusters are dried for a minimum of 6 weeks, then pressed and fermented followed by a minimum of 18 months aging in barrel
Wine is released after 36 months with 60-130g/L RS

Define Macvin du Jura
A fortified grape spirit made with Marc du Jura that has been aged in barrel for 14 months
Macvin is aged in cask for a minimum of 10 months
