Under the TRE, can a court take judicial notice of adjudicative facts?
A
YES. Adjudicative facts - those that involve the parties, their activities and their business (who did what, where, when, why, and with what motive and intent) Additionally, general and public facts

What the the requirements when a party requests judicial notice of foreign law?
A
Must give at least 30 days’ notice to all parties prior to trial, and must give all parties written copies of all material that will be used to prove the foreign law
