How does Trustee/Beneficiary Compel Action?
A
Upon petition by trustee/beneficiary court may order trustee be changed, trust terms be modified, OR that trustee be directed to do act that is not authorized or prohibited OR that trust terminate.

When does a Trust Terminate
A
Pupose of trust has been fulfilled or has become illegal OR impossible to fulfill.
A change of circumstances, and modification or termination will further the accomplishment of the trust purpose.
