What is the tephillin?
A
Wrapped round the left arm because it’s closer to the heart. It then goes to the head to symbolise the thought of God where it contains a shema on the head.

A prayer garment -it is said to be commanded in the Torah.

A
Worn on the head by men and is a sign of community.
