Distinguish Between I-It and I-Thou relationships?
I-It involves monologue, opposing parties are tarted as objects, and there is distance between both parties.
I-Thou involves dialogue, parties treated as subjects bound in an intimate relationship.
Describe the I -Eternal Thou relationship?
Revelation is a consequence of dialogue with god in the I-Eternal Thou relationship, it is evident in all aspects of life and creation. Revelation is perpetuating into the present and future , not just an aspect in the past. Revelation of one generation may not be binding on another.
As Such individual piety is judged on how they meet everyday challenges and interact in the world.
