A
Auto-immune disease and KCS
Diabetes and cataract surgery, EBMD, RCE, etc Age: risk factor for MD, glaucoma, RD, cataract, etc.
Ethnicity
* Contact lens wear
* Headaches: common as both a symptom and a drug side effect
* AAU and corneas: FB, abrasions, BK, surgery, trauma. Endogenous and exogenous etc
* Trauma: for so many things, RD, glaucoma, AAU, etc
* Myopia (RD, glaucoma, PVD, etc)
* If you get stuck, just writing down these common things is better than nothing
* Better yet, think up some other ones you can use as well
