Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms
Sautéed in garlic butter and white wine;
Stuffed with a mixture of cream cheese, mayo, creamed spinach, onions, artichoke, sherry, garlic butter, and salt and pepper.
Topped with asiago cheese and baked.

Joe’s Original Recipe Mustard Sauce
- Dry mustard
- Hellman’s mayonnaise
- Worcestershire sauce
- A1 sauce
- Whipping cream
- Kosher salt
Steamed Mussels
1lb. East coast mussels
Sautéed in Dry Creek Sauvignon Blanc, garlic butter, oil blend, shallots, fennel, garlic, tomatoes, leeks, salt and pepper.
Garnish: parsley and toasted ciabatta bread.
Shrimp and scallop CEVICHE
Poached (no modifications possible…)
Marinated in oj, lemon juice, lime juice, olive oil, tobasco, old bay seasoning, red & yellow peppers, red onion, scallions, jalapeño, coriander, salt, & black pepper (for 2 hours)
Tossed with diced avocado and cilantro….
