State the purpose of a Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA).
Job analysis process which is first step in course development and revision to meet fleet training requirements.
State the roles and responsibilities of the following for the JDTA process implementation and execution:

Oversees policy and guidance
LC CO
Serves as CCA, ensures compliance with policy, signs and sends data report to sponsor.
LC DOT
Oversight and guidance, approves release of messages, assigns coordinators and facilitators, reviews and forwards reports.
LC LSO
guidance and assistance, reviews messages and reports.
LC JDTA Coordinator
drafts announcements, agenda and completion messages. oversees, liaisons, maintains documents, and inputs documention into NKO CoP
Stakeholders
Provides technical documentation and participates.
State the roles and responsibilities of the requirement sponsor prior to and after the completion of a JDTA.
Provides SME prior to and reviews and approves report following JDTA
List the external triggers to perform a JDTA.
Revision to Naval Trainijng Systems Plan(NTSP), ORM assessment, Fleet Performance assessment, Direct Fleet Input, HPRR
List the internal triggers to perform a JDTA.
Revision to OCCSTDs, Rating Merger, New or revised NEC
Explain a targeted JDTA.
Targets a specific portion of the course. Directed by CCA when lack of corse data to support HPRR, a mishap occurs, directed by higher authority.
Explain the triggers that may cause a targeted JDTA.
A targeted JDTA focuses on specific work areas within an occupation, used to address new work requirements resulting from the 8 triggers.
Explain the hierarchical structure of work.

- Job=duties and tasks in occupation(AC/R)
- Duty=related tasks(install/maintain)
- Task=behavior,condition, and standard
- Sub Task=major part of task
- Step=major part of sub task
