TELL ME ABOUT ABOUT YOURSELF
My name is Maicol Noguera I’m 19 years old, I was born and I grew up in Bogota, more especific in Libertadores neighborhood where I’m living currently
I live with my parents and additional we have 2 dogs
Actually I finished the high school in 2021,
I worked as customer service in Teleperformance for 8 months as semilingual agent in english where I had a very good experience about personal and professional growth
Attending and resolving customer requests by phone in real time
I’ve been studying English in American School Way since 2023
During my free time I love draw I love practice skate and I love play soccer aditional whenever I can I try to improve my english
YOUR BIGGEST STRENGTHS
I would say that my empathy and communication skills. In my previous job in customer service, I kept a 90% of satisfaction rate in surveys and having kudos calls, even in complicated situations, always looking for effective and quick solutions.
HOW SEE YOURSELF IN 5 YEARS
In 5 years, I see myself having an advanced and fluent English or maybe teaching English language and learning French or Italy language, about a career a would like to study Tourism administration so in 5 years I see myself finishing that career

Well, I first heard about you from a old friend who works here, and so I started following you on social media, watching and reading articles about you and so that’s why I applied
WHY DO YOU WANT THIS JOB
My goal is to one day be a completly fluent English speaker working in improve my English every day and I think that this role will help me learn what I need to know to be able to navigate this industry successfully and eventually reach that goal
YOUR BIGGEST WEAKNESSES
sometimes I am a bit impatient looking for quick and effective solutions
but of course I know this is not always a good thing, and it is something I have been working hard to perfect
DREAM JOB
I’ve always dreamt of being a manager at a travel agency one day
I love traveling and I want to be in a managerial position and make good money
However, I know that role requires me to be adaptable to season abilities and stress, and so I hope that the experience here, will prepare me for that and teach me those necessary skills.

Aditional about the customer service, I helped with floor support a lot of times
we had a customer experience rating system which ensured that we had the best possible interaction on every call.
I had to leave my job because of a personal problem related to my grandfather’s health.
