Sushupti: The deep Sleep state: No thinking, No way of knowing if you have deep sleep, essential for good health, feel refreshed when you had a good night sleep. Karma awakens us. Unresolved Karma
Swapna: The dream state: Subjective reality where we create our own impressions and objects. Dreams comes from waking state. Ego Self. .

The tree bodys/Shariras and 5 layers/Koshas are the same, just 3 instead of 5. Because 3 of the five koshas go into one Sharira.

  2. Sukshma Shraira: Pranamaya, Manomaya ,Vijnanamaya,: Sukshma: Astrall : In drawing: The room with the lamp. The intellect . Forming the astral body.
  3. Karana Sharira: Anandamaya : Karana: Caustel: The body that is causing the two their bodies, making, seed. In the drawing: the light bowl. Not the light itself, covering: Atman
  4. Pranamaya Kosha: Prana: vitality, kosha : Covering. Made up by energy.
  5. Manomaya kosha: Mano: emotion, Kosha: covering:
  6. Vijnanamaya Kosha: Vijna: intellect , Kosha: covering: : Made up by thought, ego, mind, analyses, determination.
  7. Anandamaya: Ananda: Bliss , Kosha: covering: Bliss, joy, happiness. Purified by samadhi.

Vitale Air
Prana Vayus: Flows from diaphragm up to the throat. To the base of the throat. Regulates speech and respiration. Seated in the heart, heart chakra. MAnomaya Kosha: Emotional Cover. Moving Up.
Apana: From navel to bottom of the feet. Regulates functions that are in that area. Associated with the two first Chakras and Annamaya Kosha. Moving Down.
Samana: From diaphragm to navel. Moved back and forward. Around the digestive system. Regulation of food. Keeps prana and apana in balance. Third chakra. Pranic storehouse of th body. Willpower.
Udana Vayus: From base of the troat to top of the head. Regulates swallowing, vomiting, Vishudh or throat chakra. Regulates sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.
Vyana Vayus: The yellow color, all over the body, regulates circulation. All cells, assosiated with the six chakra. The covering of the intellect.

Mula Bandha: Root Lock: Can be applied at all times. Energy lock. Get apana to move upwards. (reverses).
Uddiyana Bandha:: Navel area. Practiced best on an empty stomach. Exhale all air out and draw navel in and up.
Jalandhara Bandha: Claud catching lock, net lock. Protects all small nadis in the throat. After inhale or exhalation, not during.

Brahma Bandha
