One sheep goes missing the Shepard goes to find because all of his sheep are as important as each other no matter the size or mental toughness of the sheep or age . This is a metaphor for god and us .

He get his inheritance early and wasters all his Monet in the city and then has to end up going back to his father and asking for forgiveness . Then the father forgives hi and is so glad to see his son. He gets forgiven and the morale is always forgive no matter what

They were social outcast e.g the leper and the paralysed man

To show that they deserve as much treatment as the king himself everyone is equally important
