ICS
Five major functional areas of ICS
Command, operations, planning, logistics, finance/administration

These are established when the number of divisions or groups exceeds the recommended span of control
Branches
These are established to divide an incident into physical or geographical areas of operation
Divisions
These are established to divide the incident into functional areas of operation
Groups
Individual person or equipment and any associated operators
Single resources
Any combination of resources assembled in support of a specific mission or operational need. All resource elements must have common communications and a designated leader.
Task forces
A set number of resources of the same kind and type that have an established minimum number of personnel.
