Idea, Implementation (code/data), Experimental Result, Error Analysis, Start again.
This process can be quite similar to the prompt engineering.
Iterative prompt development includes: Try something, Analyze where the result does not give what you want, Clarify instructions, give more time to think. This is very effective for initial application. When you have a larger number of data for which prompts needs to be developed, you can refine prompts with a batch of examples.
