Distributed database?
A database that will be stored in Multiple computers located in the same physical location or dispersed over a network of interconnected computers

Is a network of remote servers hosted on the internet to store manage and process data

The part of a record which contains a single piece of data for the subject of the record
DB Primary key?
A field that uniquely identifies each record in the table
Composite/Combined primary key?
Is a set of more than one key that together uniquely identifies each record
Data-types of fields?
This is the type of data of the input data of that field
DB Record?
A record that is composed of Fields and contains all the data about one particular person company or item in a database
DB Table?
A database table is composed of Records and fields that hold data. Each table in a database holds data about a different but related subject
DB Relationships?
This is a situation that exists between two relational database tables when One table has a foreign key as references primary key of the other table.
Information System?
Any organized system for the collection, organisation, storage and communication of information.
Ethics?
Refers to the right and wrong actions of an individual acting on fuel using choice to determine their behaviour
Mobile offices?
These are temporary offices that are designed to be transported or moved easily
Decentralization of labour?
This means that people no longer have to be together in an office to perform many different types of jobs. People can work at home and avoid wasting their time by sitting in traffic everyday

This is defined as a person’s ability to control how information about them is shared with other people or institutions
