How much notice do we need to install hand controls?

24-48 hours notice. We can provide hand controls for any unit but cannot guarantee specific models

Can you rent a unit to a blind or handicapped individual?

Yes, there are no special parameters but they must qualify and have proper ID. When writing the contract, complete as normal, but add the add’l driver and waive the fee

What do you do if a renter receives a citation in one of our vehicles?

Tell them to pay it. Nonpayment will result in ERAC billing the customer plus administrative fees

If a renter or passenger would like to file a claim, what should you do?
