Hajj

Hajj/pilgrimage- Once in their life if they are able to Muslims must go on a pilgrimage to Mecca. It is to Mecca because that is were the prophet Muhammad was born

Sawm

Sawm/fasting- Once a year during Ramadan if Muslims are of age to do so they will fast for all of daylight hours. Then once all daylight is gone they will have a feast often with family and they don’t even drink water during this time.

Zakat?

Zakat/Charity- Every year if Muslims are in a position to do so they must donate 2.5% of their savings to charity. This is done during Ramadan. Muslims do this to put the golden rule into action

Salat?

Salat/prayer- Muslims pray five times daily. Some Muslims would even go to comunal prayer on Fridays at a Mosque. Muslims pray facing Mecca this is were the prophet Muhammad lived.

Shahada?

Shahada/faith
This plays a major role in their life’s they have faith in Allah. They carry out their faith by going to the mosque every Friday. They also carry out their faith by praying five times daily.
